What is the difference between instructor-led and self-paced learning?

Instructor-led training uses scheduled live online sessions with demonstrations, questions, feedback, laboratories, projects, and accountability.

Self-paced learning allows learners to progress through recorded lessons, resources, laboratories, quizzes, and projects according to their own schedule. Self-paced courses are being developed and may not yet be open for enrollment.
